We are pleased to announce the launch of a major initiative to develop a modern web and membership portal for the Retired Armed Forces Welfare Association (RAFWA). This digital transformation aims to enhance communication, streamline services, and empower our honorable retired personnel with better access to welfare resources and organizational updates.
The new portal is being designed to:

Digitally register and manage RAFWA members.

Provide secure logins with user roles for members, admins, and committee officials.

Offer a centralized dashboard for updates, notices, and document access.

Enable PDF generation of member application forms and approvals.

Integrate features such as SMS notifications, email alerts, and event management.

Create a digital archive of important policies, newsletters, and welfare resources.
With this project, RAFWA takes a strong step forward in ensuring that retired members of the armed forces remain connected, informed, and supported—no matter where they are.
Development work is being carried out by 4D IT Solution, based in Banani, Dhaka, with a focus on security, scalability, and ease of use. The first phase is expected to be completed and open for member onboarding by June 2025.
